It is like a sports bra underneath with a 1 1/4 non rolling elastic band that will go around the entire bra under the bust line. Then the princess seamed top is tacked down directly to this bra on the seam line. The top itself measures 20 inches from the middle of the scoop neck to the bottom of the front on a size 0X(14-16).
