JVCC DC-UHB45FA-W Ultra High Bond Double Coated Tape (White Foamed Acrylic - 43 mil)

JVCC UHB45FA-W Ultra High Bond Double Coated Tape is constructed of a white foamed acrylic system which has excellent all around bonding properties which allows for very high performance in the most demanding of applications. Ideal for structural bonding applications in the transportation industry. Also used to bond plastic and wooden window glazing bars and to fix architectural cladding panels. The pressure sensitive acrylic composition has very good tack; has excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces; and has high shear strength performance. Tape is carried on a red, release coated polyethylene liner that is easily removed. Has good UV resistance. Tape will bond to most surfaces including many plastics, composites, sealed woods and metals; however thorough evaluation is recommended when bonding to low energy surface material such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, silicones and Teflon. For lower energy surfaces may need to use an adhesive promoter/primer such as IPA (isopropanol) on the substrate prior to application. When applying the tape after removing the release liner be careful not to contaminate the acrylic adhesive and try to immediately bond the tape to the surface without entrapping air between the tape and the surface it is being applied to. At a minimum application pressure should be 15 pounds per inch of tape width in order to achieve maximum bond strength. JVCC EX-17 Steel Desk Top Tape Dispenser

JVCC EX-17 Steel Desk Top Tape Dispenser is a high-quality steel desk top dispenser used for tape on a 3 inch diameter core. The maximum outside roll diameter the dispensers can hold is 5 inches so it works great for office supply tapes such as Permacel J-LAR and JVCC CELLO-1. It also works with film carton sealing packaging tapes such as Shurtape HP-500 and JVCC OPP-20C and paper console tapes such as JVCC ART-11. Please note that the diameter of full length cloth tapes such as gaffers and spike will be too large to fit into the dispenser. The JVCC EX-17 dispensers come with a weighted-rubber lined base so you can remove the liner to allow it to adhere to a work surface or leave the liner on if you do not want to mount it. The dispenser's serrated blade is used to cut tape. Different dispenser sizes are available for 1', 2' and 3' wide tapes (the 3' dispenser has three 1' rollers so you can use it for one 3' roll of tape or for individual 1' wide rolls; the 2' dispenser either has one 2' roller or the higher-priced asterisked 2' version has two 1' rollers).

JVCC UHB60 Ultra High Bond Double Coated Tape is a 60 mil thick structural grade tape comprised of an integral core of solid acrylic polymer, coated on both sides with a uniform high-tack acrylic adhesive, and carried on a white polyethylene release liner. Provides a superior, permanent bond between a wide variety of substrates, including glass, some plastics, composites, sealed wood, metals, and painted metals. Withstands a wide range of weathering and temperature conditions without losing adhesion. Solid acrylic core gives tape superior strength; it can be easily applied and cleanly cut, yet is flexible, moldable, compressible and conformable to intricate shapes.
