Intense Spider 2 Frame
Designed to be the ultimate marathon-trail bike-aggressive XC, the IntenseSpider 2 builds upon the outstanding characteristics of the Spiderseries. The new 2nd generation VPP suspension system provides a plushand efficient actuation with adjustable travel, 4.5"-5". Thesuspension links and pivots have been reworked to use a custom maxbearing, allowing the bike to track straight, provide seamlesssuspension activation and handle as if it was on rails. Maintenance isvery easy due to the Zerk fittings at the pivots, fresh grease can beadded with in minutes, without the hassle of tear down.
Constructedof proprietary Easton EA6 tubeset this frame weighs in at anastonishing 5.7 lbs with rear shox. Suspension duties are orchestratedby a custom tuned Fox RP23 and was designed to be used with 120mm-130mmtravel front fork. Every intense frame is handcrafted in-house at their in factoryTemecula, California.
