For a fee of just 10 (inc. VAT) we will send you Proporta’s Rapid Repair Service Kit. This contains everything you need to send your damaged device, by Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery, without any risk of (further) damage. You will simply need to complete the form enclosed with the Repair Kit, so we have the relevant details, and return it with your device. Send your completed Repair Kit from any Post Office (no postage costs required) and the experts will take over. As soon as your device has been inspected, a member of the repair team will contact you. They will give you an accurate repair cost and a timescale for getting your device back to you. They will then go ahead with your repair as agreed. Once the repair is complete and it has passed through the rigorous testing procedures, you will be contacted. Payment for your repair will be collected and insured delivery back to you will be arranged. Please make sure when sending your device that you have taken a full backup of your data and applications: it is standard procedure to reset your device to factory settings. If you are unable to backup please make sure you let us know via the repair form and the experts will do their best to perform a backup for you.
